The Pop up Sale that GEMS put together on 4/18 and 19th was one to remember! $10-20 dollar kicks, $5, 10 and 30 dollar apparel. If you where on the email list then you knew about this surprise pop up sale which was located at a vacant gallery in Seattle. My suggestion - get on the email list, there's going to be some great pop up events in the Seattle area, not all of them will be sales but great events to attend!
